Soumik Datta Arts presented The Green Room Collective
After two weeks in residence, living and working as a team at Hawkwood Centre for Future Thinking, this event marked the first public sharing of the group’s collaboration. From Iran to Palestine, Ukraine to Venezuela, The Green Room Collective is a celebration of diversity, a dialogue of difference, and a tribute to resilience: seven migrant and refugee artists weaving music, dance and spoken word to address themes of home, displacement and migration.
